My book with Ariel Bogle, CONSPIRACY NATION: EXPOSING THE DANGEROUS WORLD OF AUSTRALIAN CONSPIRACY THEORIES, is officially out. We have an excerpt in the Guardian today, in case you want a teaser.

We’ve worked on this for literally years, and we sincerely think it’s really good. It’s fun, it’s dramatic, it’s all new material, and some parts are so crazy that sometimes I am surprised that they’re real.

But most of all, we think it actually says something thoughtful about what it means to be Australian. Conspiracy theories are an expression of the things that we fear, the things that we love, and the stories we tell about ourselves. We think they reveal a lot about Australia — the good and the bad.
